Hi Team, I'm trying to connect to my hosting on A2hosting
but suddenly i have this error

could anyone help please.

Most likely some firewall is interfering with the connection. You can test your server on https://ftptest.net/ to figure out whether it's a server-side (test fails) or client-side issue (test passes).

Thanks botg (don't know if you a bot or not), but it was a firewall issue
