Is the FTP server correctly configured for Passive Mode? Network Configuration

You can test your server using https://ftptest.net.

Thank you for your answer.

Sorry but I don't want to enter username and password of my ftp server on this website https://ftptest.net, it's not secure.

Do you have an other solution to check if my ftp server is correctly configured for passive mode?

Other than to actually try connecting and seeing what happens, no way to check. Try setting up temporary credentials for testing and delete them after testing.

Results:

Error: Connection timed out

Timeouts are usually caused by some router and/or firewall that is interrupting the connection.
Try uninstalling all firewalls and plug your computer directly into your modem, thus bypassing the router.
Do you have recommendations?

If the test on https://ftptest.net/ fails, it's a server side issue. Either your FTP server itself is broken, or some firewall or NAT router sitting in front of the server is tampering with the traffic.

In any case, this is only something the server administrator or server hosting provider can fix. Please contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for further assistance. In case you are the server administrator, please study our Network Configuration guide, the information in the background section is not specific to FileZilla or FileZilla Server, it equally applies to all FTP products. If you have questions about the particular FTP server product you are using, which is not FileZilla Server, contact the respective server software vendor.
