Unable to login to one of our servers

Hello,

We have been using FileZilla for a long time, however recently I have changed my work's PC and can't seem to login to one of our servers. We have 4 in total and always have been using the same login protocol, but after the new PC installation I can't connect to only one of the servers. Error below:


I have tried to remove and server and add again, reinstalled FileZilla and using the latest version.

Can you please let me know why this error appears.
