Getting filezilla information from a hard drive

I had a computer mother board that die but the hard drive was fine. I put the hard drive in my new computer as a secondary hard drive. I have access to all the files from the old hard drive.

How can I get all my sites to show in Filezilla on my new computer?

Import them from your old FileZilla settings directory, the one that used to be %APPDATA%\FileZilla (Win32) or ~/.filezilla (other OS).
