transfer hangs on particuler SWF file

two problems they may be related.


I am having problems uloading an SWF file. its gets to about 16% then hangs.
this file has worked before and it should have been a simple case of replacing. have tried deleting original SWF and HTML files but same problems. have also tried renaming file but still same probs.
any ideas would be appreciated as the client is chasing me and I thought it would a simple procedure to upload and replace this file.

i am getting the above error message when deleteing abov file.
