Drag and Drop Filter support?

I was wondering if there were plans to add the filter support into drag and drop. I love the filter option to keep me from uploading .java files and .svn folders to the server. However when I drag a folder into the upload pain it would be nice if it still applied the filter to that new list of files to upload.
