Critical Transfer Error- Tried Passive...

Well, I';m rather new with this program as I don't use it tooo often, but recently everytime I try to upload a file it gives me a "Critical Transfer Error" for the status of the file. I have tried the Passive mode and SP2 Firewall should be in good working set-up. I've searched for similar problems that on this board and none of the suggested solutions work.

This is a problem with the server, it looks like it isn't configured properly.
