File transfer timing out

Hello,

I am using FZ 2.2.9 on a Win 2K box. I use this ftp site every day and the problem just started yesterday. All of a sudden, files over a couple hundred Kb are timing out when I try to download them. Smaller files download fine, but the bigger ones are queued by FZ, then they start and the status bar doesn't appear, but FZ starts counting up the bytes on the file. it gets to 779311 bytes and stops. Then FZ shows that it timed out and gives me and error: File TransferError #1: Trying again later. it retries 4 times then gives me a message Too Many Retries. The message log follows. Do you have any idea what si going on? I buddy using the same version of FZ on a Win XP box on the same server doesn't have any issue.
