for Window Filter ,the right side does'nt appear

Hello
I have a serious problem for Window Filter , where the right side doess'nt
appears when i have clicked edit to a specific filter ...
>> the right option, the third, did not appears and I must do a filter for view only the file
having a specifing name , the rest no ... This is the third conditionf the name different "xxx.dat"
