Hello, I've just set up my FileZilla FTP server a few days ago and it seemed to work just fine when I tested it via my LAN network. However, when my clients try to access the FTP server from home or from their own offices it gives them the following error:
"Error occured opening folder on FTP site. Make sure you have permission to access that folder
Details:
200: Typset A
421: Can't create socket"
Any ideas what this could be?

If it works on your LAN but not on the internet it's probably a firewall or router. Check the FAQ.

However, I just found out it works that the same logins work from some clients computers but not others. Could it be the client's firewal?
