Using FileZilla v2.2.10
Files for some reason upload but aren't uploaded correctly. For example, a 65K PHP file will end up being like 16K. I don't know what gives. I love the program and it's loaded features but I'm finding myself being forced to upload all my files all over again with another FTP prog.
Anyone else heard of these issues?

Did you already try version 2.2.11?

No, im running 2.2.8d, i'll give it a go and let you know if it happens again. Hard to test as it only happens occasionally, it's not a regular occurance.

I came across this problem while using 2.2.9 when I'd try to send .txt files. The fix that I've been using is setting FileZilla to always send binary, and not to autochoose(which resulted in ascii). That seemed to fix the problem.

Please upgrade to version 2.2.11. Is it so hard to check for a newer version before posting? 2.2.8d and 2.2.9 are ancient versions and have at least one critical security vulnerability in 3rd party code. By using those versions you are putting your system in danger.

FYI, this seems to have been resolved.
