lockups with win 98se?

Has anyone else experienced frequent, random freezes using FileZilla on Windows 98 second edition?

Unpredictably (sometimes on startup, sometimes when initiating a transfer, sometimes when resizing the window) the whole computer freezes up. The mouse cursor doesn't move and Ctrl-Alt-Del does nothing; a hard reboot is necessary.

This is using the latest version of FileZilla (2.2.10) with all OS critical updates. No other apps on this system have this problem. No viruses or spyware are present.

Please upgrade your operation system. Future versions of FileZilla won't support any Windows version below Windows 2000.
