Failure to Login Sometimes

Hi:

I just downloaded the current version and after using site manager to set the URL, username, password and port number then tried to access my ISP in California from Taiwan (here for a few more months). The first attempt failed. Tried again and it worked. Then tried again and failed.

Next used the connection wizard which added an exception to windows firewall but all attempts failed.
Noticed that the number of characters in the password displayed on the session log is one character short of the required number of characters. But in site manager the number of characters is correct.

I don't have time to troubleshoot this bug so switched to WS_Homp_ftp which works fine. This seems to say my ADSL box is working OK and the problem is in FileZilla.

The Network Connection Wizard of Filezilla does not add exceptions to firewalls. You'll have to do that yourself.
