Newest Version won't let me UPLOAD

While working on some uploads last night, I started FileZilla and it checked for a new version, which it found and I downloaded and installed.

Well, ever since I did that I get an error message saying the following. It shows my long onto the server, then when I try to upload files, it says that it can't connect. I have 2 other computers that are working fine because I haven't updated them yet. Their version is 3.1.0.1 and the new one that doesn't work for me at the moment is version 3.1.1.1.

Hope someone can help me...I even tried downgrading back to the earlier version, but I get the same response. This is on an XP SP2 machine.
