Can`t connect on windows xp

Hello. I hope someone can help:

I can´t connect on windows XP pro sp2 while on Ubuntu it connects with no problem using the same machine, same router, same settings and no firewall (windows firewall is inactive). I have opened ports 20 to 22 and 2500 to 3000 for active mode on my router but for some reason neither filezilla (version 3.1.2) or fireftp connects to the server.

The configuration wizard tells me there`s no problem:

both on active and passive mode connections, but when i try to connect to my server i get the following messages:

I think it`s something from windows, but don`t know what else i can do to fix this problem.
