Build 3.1.3 - Extremely Slow Transfer Rates

I am not sure why it is occuring, but the last two builds of FileZilla that I have installed have significantly slower transfer rates. Version 3.1.1.1 was getting transfer rates of 75-80 kbps - the latest version I loaded today (version 3.1.3) is only getting 10.1 kbps. I started using FileZilla to upload large files to sites I manage, but now may need to switch to a different client since this is now slower than even using Microsoft FrontPage!
