Does anybody know what is the password used by anonymous login?
Is it possible to change it to something like my email address?

Normally, an anonymous user account on an FTP sever will either 1) require no password whatsoever [it's blank]; or 2) nicely ask for the anonymous user's e-mail address for logging purposes.
If you're asking about setting up anonymous FTP access in FileZilla Server, you've mistakenly posted this in the wrong forum. Such the case, simply create a new user called "anonymous" and keep the password field unchecked. It would be advisable to give this user a very restricted set up priviledges -- eg. only give them read, list, and + subdirs access.
