I did a little testing of file transfers... With FZ using SFTP, I get about 281KB/sec transfer rate. With the scp command line utility (from ssh.com), I get about 3.1MB/sec transfer rate. Any idea why the huge difference?
PS. I was transfering a 550MB iso.

Then it seems you're looking at the problem with SSH2 transfer speeds in PuTTY..
However, this seems kinda weird as the PuTTY developer(s) themselves claim that it's somewhat fixed and have declared this bug as closed.. Don't know which version of PuTTY FileZilla is implementing, but after the 2003-09-30 snapshot of PuTTY, this should be OK..
