Pausing downloads and quitting filezilla

I'm currently uploading some large files that will take a pretty long time to complete. If I pause the transfers and quit Filezilla, will I lose my progress? Thanks.

The Process Queue should still be there upon restart, just select Resume when it ask you what action you want to perform.
