New way to traslate FZ3!

Hy!

Would it be possible in FZ3 to have a XML file with all the strings to be traslated, and have a little tool to traslate the strings or simply a text file with all the strings. Because i think not every user of FZ have skils/program to translate and compile the files needed! BUT i think they have will to help in a simpler form, like edit a txt file or use a simple tool just with two bottons (up/down) and two editboxes.

All translatable strings of FZ3 will be in a simple textfile.

poEdit will be the recommended editor for those files.
