[new feature] Allow password for localhost connection

Hi,

I have a server with multiple user for file sharing purpose. On this server I have the fz server, but I don't want any user except the administrator to be able to change the settings of the server for security and responsibility reasons. I also can't lock the computer away, so any user with an account can log into it. Thus I would need the possibility to change the fz server password for localhost (127.0.0.1).

Would there be any other way to achieve this ?
