I'm not sure if this one has already been covered, but with the rise of restrictions on Broadband usage it would be really handy to be able to schedule a time for files to be uploaded/downloaded.
Background info:
In the UK you can get cheaper broadband if you agree to a cap on the amount of data you transfer. Most of these deals include a "free" period between 2am and 6am where you can transfer as much data as you like without it being added to your monthly usage total.
