proxy Feature Request for v3

I know that V3 at this time don't have any proxy feature...........

so this is now to give some suggestions rather the that module is already completed...................

the only proxy setting that don't find in V2 is the FTP Proxy mechanism

and would it possible to have different proxy setting for different site?

V2 is already great.................

I know GPL is that it unlike shareware, always spend lots to code to deal with activation and similar things
