Is there a place to report bugs/incompleteness?

I have a couple of questions. At this stage of development should we report on features that look implemented but don't work yet? Should we even report bugs that aren't part of the core of filezilla?

I'm not sure how much feedback the developers are looking for at this point. Any hints would be appreciated.

I assume you are talking about FZ3 here? I cannot talk for the developer(s), but a window that popups when you start FZ3 states "DO NOT post bugreports". It can't be more clear than that.

My guess is they'll open for bugreports (and notice the community about it) when we see a release candidate of some sort.
