How can I use unencrypted command channel after SSL auth

There is a Server using SSL authentication, I login it by FileZilla, but can't get the list, the server closes the connection under PASV mode, I find another ftp client WS_FTP, and it gives a setting item: use unencrypted command channel after SSL authentication, if I login with this, it's successful. I wish to port this to FilleZilla but don't know how to start. botg, can you give some advices?

Please configure your router and/or firewall correctly to prevent the disconnect.
