Will There be a new multiplatform FileZilla Server?

Hi, It seems like the new FileZilla client will be very multiplatform minded, looks like it will support many operating systems, FileZilla in the past only supported windows, What I am wondering is will the server be following the path of the new v3 client? Multiplatform?

Don't know yet. Still lots of work to do till FZ3 is finished.
