Feature request to dump CuteFTP - Monitor Local Folders

I'd really like to abandon CuteFTP for FZ, but there's one feature I'd rather not be without: "Monitor Local Folders".

This feature in CuteFTP enables auto-upload of any local file that has been changed since a certain date / time. I find it very useful if I'm developing on a local folder and want those changes to go up to FTP immediately.

Any plans for this in FZ3? If not, can there be?

I would also love to see this option as well as a scheduler that would go out and download any new or updated files from a specified folder on a specified server to a given directory.

Any possibility of either of these options in FZ 3?

Synchronization is planned for FileZilla 3.
