Plug-In for FIleZilla Server

first of all sorry for my English.
I have designed an architecture for a new software that i do
not find not in open or commercial software, i would like to start a new
open source project on my analisys.
I'm a fun of filezilla server so I will base my project on it.

I need to customize filezilla server beavioure so that
I can code :
1 - crypt the file to store
2 - get a rank on the server performance and rability
3 - implement new commands (... quote ... commands)
4 - store compressed
5 - implement secure deleting
6 - manage a ftp server cluster throu a singol server
7 - main of all !!! : store files additing xxx omissis xxx

The aim of my progect is to build and FTP RAID SERVER... xxx omissis xxx

Does anyone can help to build this project, I can give also further information on implementation details.

My project must be applied on several open source solutions:
- p2p solution
- ftp cluster solution (FZS ?)
- network distributed storage
- broadcasting
- grid computing
