Feature request: Continue queue while waiting for user

While transfers are happening and a duplicate file dialog pops up, the client should keep downloading all files it can while waiting for the user to respond to the dialog. This way, if you are transferring large amounts of files and it hits a few duplicate files (as many as the set transfer threads) while you are away from keyboard (sleeping?) you only have to wait for the files the client needs input for instead of having to wait for ALL files when you get back. (this is standard behavior when copy/moving files in win7 as well I belive)
