Local Folder Root Suggestion
When you are browsing in the Local folder tree, you can only select one folder for upload, if you could select more than one instead of going the next level up and then down to the file list and selecting folders that way...it would be a great addition.

...have you tried holding down CTRL (or SHIFT*) while selecting multiple directories in your local tree? I've never had a problem doing this with any version of FZ.

*SHIFT will only select adjacent directories/files
