Feature Request: Max transfers - quick change

Hi folks,

one feature I am missing since i switched from leechFTP to Filezilla, many years ago is LeetchFTP's buttons to chance numbers of maximum simulataneous transfers on the fly.
some servers support only 3, others 5, others 10+ connections at the same time. sometimes you got many small files, for which you want many connections at the same time, then the queue comes to some big files, where you want to switch back to 1-2 uploads (too many uploads in combination with slow internet connection, result in upload errors with retries, at least for me)

Its so anyoing, to go to settings everytime, to change this.
Its much faster with 2 buttons plus and minus, so you can change the settings on the fly.
adding means, more up/downloads start immediately
lowering the amount means, current up/downloads will be finnished, but no new will start untill the total number of connections is correct again.

I added a screen of leechFTP, to make it clearer what i mean...

would be really cool, if you guys can implement this somewhere (maybe in the toolbar).
