Need a programer

I am looking for a programer that can create an app for my company to use. We require a client server FTP program using Filezilla. This will be a paying job.
I do not know much about Filezilla but I think it has all the feature we will need. I do have the required work scoped in a document ready for distribution.

You might get more responses if you would state your requirements upfront, instead of waiting for people to contact you.
