[Feature request] : link the tow file trees

Hi all,
Thanks for the great work.
It will be very nice from you guys if you could link the tow file trees the local one and server's file tree.
It will make things easier if when i click in the right (or left) file tree that the other file tree load automatically the same directory as the left (or right).
And a check box to specify if you want them linked or not will be good also.
I hope i was clear enough.
