Requests: new tab buttons & quick connect button

Hi - I do love FileZilla, but I'd like to request a couple of tweeks.

1 - Could we have a button so we can easily toggle the quick connect bar on or off, instead of having to go to the view menu each time?

2 - On the pop up box when you are given the choice to choose between new tab or existing could it be like the attached image, I know its only one extra click, but it would be so much easier!

There are a couple of usability concerns with the proposed solution: Non-default font(-size), that's not good. There's no cancel button. What's the default button for when a user presses Enter?

@botg: I want to ALWAYS open a new tab, should be possible to suppress and override this message. Please.
