Replacing the icons?

Hi there. Love Filezilla a lot. Has all the features, and it's self-contained and doesn't require an install. :D

The only thing lacking are the icons. One of my hobbies is to remake program icons for myself, to suit my own tastes. FileZilla however uses a BMP image for icons, thus cutting out alpha transparency support. Even with that, I am having a hard time getting even the BMP icons to work right. :?

This is a quick mockup I did, but I'm just waiting on an easier way to reshack the icons in FileZilla. Since FZ3 won't be out for a while, I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to properly set the BMP color depth and such so that it will work right. :shock:

Unfortunately FZ2 only support 16 color toolbars. Wait for FZ3 which will support high color icons (hopefully including transparency)
