OS X Native UI Features?

I have been FileZilla for years and recently I think if only FileZilla can use OS X UI features like smooth scroll.

FileZilla's user interface is built using wxWidgets. Only functionality provided by wxWidgets can be used. Native smooth scroll isn't one of them.
