Hello

I'am and clients of me using FileZilla for years and happy with it
Only the saving of passwords in clear text is unacceptable anno 2015
I case of hacking , lost laptop and more these info is plain readable for anyone

Yes i know you can disable the safe password option in FileZilla, but this is not efficient to work (copy and past your password from another file/program)

Lots of people using <> (works Mac, Windows, IOS and more) the leader of password management.

Ok yes its a paid app, but there have a decent product.

The integration of the <> extension would be a great stepp in security

If FileZilla take security and user friendly serious, the implement the <> extension

Thanks

Since a couple of versions ago passwords are no longer stored in plaintext.

FileZilla is Open Source. Everything integrated would have to be open Source, too.

Besides, other (even free) password managers already integrate into many programs.
