Re: Filezilla - Failed to retrieve directory listing
Any particular reason you are using active mode?
Is the server located in the same LAN as the client you are connecting from?

Re: Filezilla - Failed to retrieve directory listing
Yes i will use active mode for security purpose.
No, the server is not located in the same LAN.

Re: Filezilla - Failed to retrieve directory listing
In this case the client isn't configured correctly. It presents an unroutable private IP address to a server in another LAN, that cannot work. Please read the Network Configuration guide and configure the client as well as all firewalls and NAT routers accordingly.
Note that both active and passive mode are equally secure, it makes no difference which one you use from a security standpoint.

I have tried to connect from another pc in same LAN, but did not connect any times.
our IP address already configured in Server's firewall rule.

Re: Filezilla - Failed to retrieve directory listing
Which address did you use to connect from within your LAN?

Re: Filezilla - Failed to retrieve directory listing
we are using static IP address to connect with in LAN.
Re: Filezilla - Failed to retrieve directory listing
Yes, but are you using LAN IPs? The private type? Because using public internet IPs in the same LAN as the server does usually NOT work at all. Normally NAT declares public IPs invalid inside the LAN.
No support requests over PM! You will NOT get any reply!!!
FTP connection problems? Please read Network Configuration.

Re: Filezilla - Failed to retrieve directory listing
Yes, we are using LAN Ip and is of public type.
"Normally NAT declares public IPs invalid inside the LAN." - If this is true, then how i can connect in all my pc using Plain FTP.
I am confused. Can you please explain ?
This issue only happens while using FTP over TLS not for Plain FTP.

Re: Filezilla - Failed to retrieve directory listing
Please read the Network Configuration guide for instructions, pay special attention to the section about malicious routers and firewalls.
