1. Have the option to auto connect to a FTP site on startup.
2. Have the option to right click on a file in windows explorer and be able to upload it to a FTP site.

Will probably never be implemented if you don't make it yourself
(which, btw, shouldn't be that hard - all you need is a dialog that pops up when you choose "upload file" that lets you specify server, username etc (or it could even read from the site manager (filezilla.xml or the registry)) and you also need to specify where on the server you want the file updated. Then that little dialog could just run filezilla.exe ftp://root:secretpw@filezilla.sourceforge.net/htdocs/ -u <sourcefile> <targetdir>
