changed file(s) upload... feature

hi,
so i read auto upload is out as a feature... ok
how about this:
when user starts "monitor file(s)"... use some "root" folder
user should have a "BUTTON"... upload changed files!!!
this would help a lot... yet it is simple and SAFE!!!
when can we expect such simple YET useful feature ???
