[Feature Resquest] Sheduler in the Queue

I think it would be nice have sheduled connections in the queue...well all the advantages...i think every one knows! Start time, End time, number of connections per file. (Free Download Manager, GetRigth, FlashGet style )
Don't know if it's difficult to implement but since the FZ3 is being writen from scratch
