Wrong site/folder alert

Hello,
today I made a mistake that was not pleasant ...
Namely, I maintain a couple of small sites that are on the same hosting ... I selected wrong folder in the Local site (eg www.example.com) and transferred index.php to the Remote site of another domain (eg www.example.org).
Immediately after index.php uploaded, I was interrupted by a phone call and did not check the site update... until my phone rang...
I wonder if it would be possible to somehow FileZilla checks before sending if the folder in the Local site is identical to the one in the Remote site.
I am not an expert in this field, so I can only give a layman's solution proposal.
For example: user creates a file (eg domain-name.txt) which will be located in both, the Local site folder and in the same folder on the Remote site... after upload activation FileZilla checks if the same file exist in both folders ... If the file is not on the Remote site folder a warning pops up...
