Our return of the first tests of version 1.0.1

Hello,

First of all, we are happy to see that this projets is moving.

Here are the first points:
- The password of the SSL certificate is visible in clear text in the Settings window. It was replaced with ***** on the version 0.9.
- Performance issue, we were unable to have more than 5 simultaneous connection from the same server. The settings on the filezilla client was set on 10
- Right management: The rights are not enough granular. We need the same right managements as before (File/Folder Read/Write/Delete/Append/list/+Subdirs, ...)
- Missing Description textbox in the user settings
