$150+ Bounty Feature Request

Greetings all new, and old,
I am offering a $150+ bounty (on whatever open source bounty service you prefer) for the implementation of the following features into Filezilla or Filezilla Pro:
1. Allowing 10+ (max 1000 or removing the cap entirely with a warning message above a few hundred) transfers at once.
2. Increasing the max queue rate between Filezilla and whatever server it is pulling files from.
3. Increasing max deletion / communication rate.
For additional funds:
4. Button on the front facing GUI that switches the number of transfers in settings to 1, and then back again.
