On the 1.1.0 FileZilla Server running on windows server, 2019 there is no option under Passive mode to choose "Retrieve external IP address from:" This option used to be available according to your documentation, but in my settings, it is not an option. just an empty line to fill in my IP address. So what do I do to handle my dynamic IP address?

Do you use a dynamic DNS provider? If yes, enter the Hostname (URL without protocol identifier) here, and it will be resolved to the actual IP.
