Feature request: account and sync

Hello. I really like the program and I have a suggestion: to make it possible to log in to the program through a created account and thus to allow synchronization of the created links in Site Manager. And even when installing and using the program elsewhere with the login through the account to automatically import the created links in Site Manager. I think this will be a great convenience for consumers.
