New request to compare files. Now we can compare files between 2 locations. Why not doing it recursively.

You do know the Compare in FileZilla does only compare file sizes or timestamps? It can not compare files' contents, that's impossible.
How do you want to do the semi-automatic comparison recursively? It can only ever show one directory on each side with the colors?

You can use the comparative search to recursively compare the metadata of entire directory hierarchies.
