[Feature Request]: Remember Last Server State

IMHO FileZilla Server is missing the ability to remember it's last state. This way it could activate (or not) the server when the service starts. I think this is usefull to those of you, that like me, only need the server running sometimes and don't want to set it at each boot.

It would be very nice if this could be added to one of the next releases, so that i wouldn't have to add it myself

I think it is also missing a way to open the settings dialog from the tray, wich as expected is much more usefull than hard/time consuming to add.

BTW, if you decide to add this, and in case it helps, i could post the changes i made to FileZilla Server and FileZilla Server Interface regarding these issues.
