Except it is not a false positive.
You are clearly attempting to install the "sponsored" version which installs an ad-serving engine on your computer and your AV software is detecting this as a potentially unwanted application (PUA).
Instead, go to the downloads page, look at the bottom for the "Other FileZilla downloads", select your correct version of the installer and begin the hours-long download.
It takes less than a minute to download the foulware version but downloading the truly-free version is throttled to .2 kb/second.

By the way, I do think this software is worth paying for, but give me an option to just send you folks money periodically.

Downloads aren't throttled in any way. One of the mirrors is experiencing technical difficulties, currently under investigation.It takes less than a minute to download the foulware version but downloading the truly-free version is throttled to .2 kb/second.
