Ipod Troubles

#1 Post by Jeremiah » 2009-03-16 04:48

Thanks for reading!
I found a website, and it says that you can use FileZilla to get into your iPod. The URL is [edit: url removed, possible spam attempt]. I have downloaded all the programs, but when I plug my iPod in, it appears as a portable device, and FileZilla doesn't pick up on it. How can I get to it with FileZilla? Thanks for your time and help! :D

You don't (and can't) use FileZilla to connect to your iPod. Windows, Mac, or Linux will easily allow you to transfer files to/from your iPod as an external hard drive easily. Just plug and play.

If you have iTunes, you may need to enable Hard Disk access in the iPod menu.

I would ask Apple. They are more likely to have an answer for you.
